Why AiDial

AiDial is building practical AI voice systems for Australian businesses, not abstract demos. Our work affects real calls, real bookings, real customer follow-up and real operational outcomes.

You will work close to customers, product decisions and production delivery. That gives you the chance to see the full path from discovery to implementation, launch, review and improvement.

Work From Anywhere In Australia

AiDial is headquartered on the Sunshine Coast, and most of our current team members are based around Brisbane. We support remote work from anywhere in Australia, as long as you can collaborate reliably during Australian business hours.

For customer meetings, onboarding sessions and production handovers, we use Brisbane time as the common reference. The day-to-day setup is remote-friendly, but the work still needs clear communication, ownership and availability when customers or teammates need you.

Flexible Hours With Real Overlap

Most work happens Monday to Friday with a shared collaboration window around 10:00am to 3:00pm Brisbane time. Outside planned meetings, handovers and support windows, there is flexibility around when you start and finish.

Technology Edge

Learn Fast And Stay Close To What Is Changing

AiDial sits at the intersection of voice AI, real-time conversation, telephony, workflow automation, integrations and secure Australian hosting. The technology is moving quickly, and the work gives you practical exposure to that change.

  • Work with current AI tooling, voice agents, integrations and production feedback loops.
  • Learn how prompts, workflows, APIs, infrastructure and human operations fit together.
  • Build judgement from real customer use cases, not only sandbox experiments.
  • Keep improving through testing, call review, monitoring and customer feedback.
