Call Flow

In this section, we gather information on the tasks you would like your AI receptionist to fulfil, the conversation flow it should follow, and when to hand over the call to a human staff member. Please describe what should happen in each type of call (e.g. new enquiry, existing customer, after-hours). When should the AI collect the caller’s details?

Knowledge Database

Here, we gather your business specific information, which we will use to train the AI on. This covers business details, FAQs, service descriptions, and more. Please note that the receptionist will only be able to answer questions if the knowledge is included in this database.

Integrations

Please provide a list of the booking systems, practice management systems, or CRMs that the AI receptionist will need to integrate with. At a later stage, we will request login details, delegate access, or admin permissions as required. The specific requirements will depend on your system.

Call Notifications

Where would you like the system to send the call notifications to? This may include: call summaries, transcripts, sentiment analysis, etc.
